For a PC, obviously. Allows you to play songs at any speed - good for practicing tricky parts.
If you press Ctrl 1, Ctrl 2 or Ctrl 3, you get different views of Windows Media Player.
(Hold the Ctrl key down, and tap 1 or 2 or 3; then let go of the Ctrl key.)
Ctrl 1 gives you "library mode", which displays your music library.
Ctrl 2 gives you "skin mode", which shows some cool graphics while the music is playing.
Ctrl 3 gives you "player mode", which shows you the song you are playing, and lets you do various things.
If you right-click in this mode, you get many options, one of which is Enhancements; choose this and go to Play Speed Settings.
You will see a slider bar, and you can drag the pointer to any speed.
You can decide whether to use the option "Snap slider to common speeds or not".
1 is normal; 0.7 is 70% speed, etc.

Websites that rip YouTube to mp3
There are several websites that will "rip" the audio from a YouTube video and allow you to download the audio file in mp3 format. One such site is https://www.y2mate.com. Be careful not to click the links that pop up on these sites; they can give your computer a virus or malware.
YouTube
Find almost any song you wish to play. To slow down the speed, click the gear icon, select playback speed, custom.
